What You'll Do
Strategic Planning & Business Execution
- Partner closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic priorities
- Translate business goals into execution roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes
- Drive operational alignment across teams and functions
Lead High-Impact Growth Initiatives
- Manage strategic projects including market expansion, partnerships, and transformation initiatives
- Build business cases, growth plans, and operational strategies
- Support initiatives that strengthen market positioning and commercial growth
Drive Insights & Decision-Making
- Develop executive dashboards, performance reporting, and strategic insights
- Analyse business performance, market trends, and operational opportunities
- Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and strategic planning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work across multiple business functions to drive execution and accountability
- Influence stakeholders and align teams around shared priorities
- Help establish scalable processes and operational best practices
What You'll Bring
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Transformation roles
- MBA from a top-tier business school preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to convert strategy into structured execution plans
