About the Team
The Supply Chain Strategy team is responsible for designing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain networks, enabling new business models, and ensuring operational scalability. The team works closely with Business, Product, Technology, and Operations to build efficient, resilient, and future-ready supply chain systems.
What you will do:
- Design and optimize fulfillment, warehouse, and distribution networks to ensure scalability and efficiency
- Build scenario-based models to balance cost, SLA, and business growth requirements
- Support network expansion planning and capex evaluation
- Develop end-to-end process maps across the order lifecycle (inbound to last-mile, including returns and exception handling)
- Translate new business initiatives into scalable and executable supply chain workflows
- Collaborate closely with Business, Product, and Technology teams to design robust and controlled operating models
- Identify potential risks, build control checkpoints, and embed automation to minimize manual dependencies and errors
- Drive pilot launches for new initiatives and ensure process stabilization before scaling
- Lead logistics cost benchmarking and drive productivity improvement initiatives
- Improve key operational metrics such as OTIF, fill rate, inventory turns, and overall fulfillment efficiency
- Develop dashboards and analytical models to support data-driven decision-making for leadership
- Act as the supply chain SPOC for new business launches and cross-functional initiatives
- Ensure process compliance, SOP adherence, and implementation of control mechanisms
- Present structured insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership
What are we looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations, preferably in e-commerce or high-growth environments
- Strong hands-on experience in network modelling and process design
- Excellent analytical skills (Excel mandatory; SQL/BI tools preferred)
- Structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability
- High ownership and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- B.Tech from a reputed institution; MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred
