Role Objective
Support corporate strategy, performance management, and investor communication for a growing
HFC & NBFC. The role focuses on analytics-driven strategy execution, fund-raising support, and
structured engagement with investors, lenders, and credit rating agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Planning
Support medium- and long-term strategic planning aligned to growth, profitability, and risk
Assist in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation covering business, capital, and manpower
Track strategic initiatives (products, geographies, partnerships, M&A) against milestones
Conduct market and peer benchmarking; prepare strategy notes and Board decks
Performance & Financial Analytics
Analyze performance across products and regions; explain variances vs plan
Build scenario, sensitivity, and stress analyses on growth, margins, credit costs, and capital
Partner with Finance and Business teams to ensure robust MIS and analytics
Investor Relations & Fund Raising
Prepare investor presentations, earnings decks, factsheets, and FAQs
Support engagement with equity investors, PE funds, lenders, and debenture holders Assist equity and debt fund-raising through IMs, data rooms, and management materials
Rating Agencies, Board & External Interfaces
Coordinate credit rating agency interactions and track rating sensitivities and covenants
Support Board and Committee presentations and responses to stakeholder queries
Liaise with bankers, advisors, and consultants on strategic and capital matters
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HFC / NBFC business models and lending economics
Hands-on financial analysis, forecasting, and business modelling skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; BI / Tableau exposure preferred
Ability to convert complex data into clear strategic and investor narratives
High ownership, strong communication, and stakeholder management capability
Qualification & Experience
CA / MBA (Finance or Strategy) from Tier-1 institute / CFA preferred
5-9+ years experience in Strategy, Investment Banking, FP&A, Investor Relations, Rating
Agencies, PE/VC, or HFC/NBFC
Prior exposure to investors, fund-raising, or rating agencies is a strong advantage
