About the Role

Truemeds is looking to hire highly driven individuals for the CEO's Office who can own end-to-end strategic initiatives and drive their implementation. This team plays a critical role within the organization and works on the company's largest and highest-impact projects, spanning both strategy and execution.

What You Can Expect to Work On

• Strategy, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Optimization, Growth Projects, and Finance — requiring the ability to wear multiple hats and effectively manage diverse responsibilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to scale the business with a common objective: improving customer delight and experience.
• Initiate and execute end-to-end strategic partnerships focused on growth and value optimization.
• Identify and prioritize key business challenges, developing and implementing projects to improve critical KPIs such as unit economics, customer retention, and repeat business.
• Brainstorm, evaluate, and build new lines of business as the company expands beyond its core offerings.
