Role Description

The Senior Manager - Solar O&M is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will oversee the operations and maintenance of solar power plants, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include leading a team of O&M professionals, analyzing plant performance, implementing corrective actions, and preparing monthly performance reports. The role also involves coordinating with stakeholders, supervising contractors, and staying updated on industry advancements to ensure cutting-edge solutions for efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in solar O&M operations, systems design, and energy management
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical problem-solving
• Experience managing teams and vendor/contractor relationships
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering
• Demonstrated experience in renewable energy, specifically solar projects, is highly desirable
• Knowledge of energy storage systems (e.g., BESS) and wind projects is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects efficiently
