Senior Manager - Software Validation

In your new role you will:

• Managing a team, planning their career progression in the area of WiFi SW Validation.
• Nurturing, developing and enabling the WiFi SW Validation team to execute Wi-Fi test plans with a primary focus on IoT user experience to ensure low power and optimal performance.
• Performing failure analysis to identify hardware or software issues through laboratory and field experiments.
• Conducting in-depth Wi-Fi analysis of hardware, software, and system issues, including protocol stack analysis (PHY, MAC, Network, and Application layers).
• Generating comprehensive system performance test reports that include key performance indicators, highlighting critical issues, and providing a concise, data-driven summary for senior management review.
• Applying your data-driven expertise and deep engineering knowledge to influence ICW Connectivity product decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Experience in managing a high performance team focussed on WiFi SW Validation.
• Experience in defining processes, use and apply management tools and techniques to ensure WiFi SW delivered to ICW customers is of high quality.
• Experience in development and continuous improvement of test automation methodologies and execution of WiFi SW validation plans.
• Requires broad understanding and experience with multiple WiFi technologies (WiFi-7/6/6E/ac/n/g/b).
• Requires experience interfacing with Architects, Design, and Pre-silicon Validation teams in improving post-silicon test content and providing feedback for future on-die debug features.
