SENIOR MANAGER, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

About The Team

Run Time Platforms (RTP) is part of Global Technology Platform (GTP) which is responsible for building products and platforms which helps application teams to deploy and manage the run time aspects. This role is for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Service Registry product which are homegrown solutions.

What You'll Do

Manage a high performing team of 8-10 people

Own the delivery of specific products

Stake holder management

Coach and Mentor people

What You'll bring

Preferably a person with a very strong technical acumen.

Experience in building distributed systems at scale

Ability to understand the architecture and design and contribute to those discussions.

Focus on engineering and operational excellence and setup the best practices for the team.

Hands-on exposure would be a plus

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years experience in software engineering or related area.

Option 2: 7 years experience in software engineering or related area. 2 years supervisory experience.

Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years experience in software engineering or related area., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
