• Lead and manage a team of 5–10 engineers and tech leads across multiple technology stacks
• Design, develop, and oversee scalable backend systems using Java, NodeJS, and cloud technologies
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and operational excellence frameworks
• Architect and review system designs to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with global engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Drive end-to-end product delivery ensuring Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) standards
• Develop long-term technical vision and roadmap for products and platforms
• Participate in hiring, mentoring, and building high-performing agile teams
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure DevOps best practices
• Monitor system performance using tools like Prometheus, Splunk, and other observability tools
• Ensure strong debugging, troubleshooting, and incident resolution processes
• Drive cloud adoption and microservices architecture improvements
• Engage in organizational initiatives like hackathons and innovation programs
