Job Description

Team & Leadership

Manage a team of 10–12 engineers and own accountability for complete end-to-end delivery.
Lead, mentor, and coach team members to build high-performing agile teams.
Participate in hiring and shaping technical talent.
Provide guidance on technical challenges and architecture.

Engineering & Technical Execution

Drive design, development, implementation, and documentation of features.
Develop scalable cloud-native microservices and APIs.
Build large-scale data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, Cassandra, Hadoop, Hive, Presto, and Airflow.
Implement full-stack solutions with front-end in JavaScript/ReactJS and back-end in RESTful APIs utilizing RDBMS or NoSQL.
Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery standards within architectural guidelines.

Program & Stakeholder Management

Establish best engineering practices and operational excellence backed by metrics.
Work closely with Product Management, Business, and Architects to set priorities and deliver impactful products.
Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise.
Engage senior leadership to define future product roadmaps.

Innovation & Accessibility

Drive adoption of inclusive digital experiences, accessibility best practices, and WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and innovative solutions for seller growth.
