Strategic Technical Leadership
- Provide end-to-end technical leadership for AI engineering and enterprise application development teams
- Define engineering best practices and drive excellence in AI system design and delivery
- Lead hands-on architecture and development of scalable AI-driven platforms
- Foster a high-performance, innovation-focused engineering culture
Agentic AI Architecture & Implementation
- Design and deploy Agentic AI systems enabling autonomous decision-making and multi-agent coordination
- Build AI solutions capable of adaptive workflows, intelligent reasoning, and proactive remediation
- Implement agent orchestration frameworks for distributed AI workflows and automation
- Lead development of production-grade multi-agent systems with memory and context management
AI Orchestration & Developer Productivity Tools
- Develop intelligent developer tools such as AI code assistants and automated testing systems
- Integrate observability and monitoring tools to improve engineering productivity and reliability
- Drive adoption of AI orchestration platforms for workflow automation and ML operations
- Improve software engineering efficiency through AI-enabled tooling
Enterprise Application Development
- Oversee development of enterprise-grade applications using Python, React, .NET, and SQL
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms and workflows
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native engineering practices
Natural Language Processing & AI Systems
- Design and implement NLP solutions including entity recognition, semantic search, and conversational AI
- Apply advanced techniques such as prompt engineering, RAG, and model optimization
- Build intelligent systems using LLM/SLM frameworks and AI pipelines
- Ensure production readiness of AI/ML solutions
People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and manage a team of 7+ engineers across AI and software disciplines
- Mentor and coach engineers to build technical depth and leadership capability
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven team environment
- Support career development and performance management
Program & Project Management
- Apply structured program management practices including stage gates and delivery checkpoints
- Manage multiple parallel AI and engineering initiatives
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality and continuous improvement
- Align engineering execution with business priorities
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
- Partner with product managers, enterprise architects, and business leaders
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Collaborate with external vendors in GenAI and Agentic AI ecosystems
- Present technical strategies and solutions to senior leadership (VP/CXO level)
