What You'll Do
Lead Full-Stack Teams
Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for delivering end-to-end platform capabilities, spanning front-end applications, backend services, APIs, and infrastructure. Own the full SDLC: architecture, development, delivery, and operations.
Platform & Architecture Strategy
Define and execute a multi-year technology strategy across the full stack. Drive architectural decisions that balance scalability, performance, flexibility, and speed.
Front-End Experience
Drive development of high-quality, performant, and accessible user interfaces using modern frameworks. Partner with Product and Design to deliver intuitive, consistent, and user-centric experiences supported by reusable components and design systems.
Backend & Platform Systems
Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and APIs. Ensure systems are resilient, observable, and built for high availability and global scale.
Engineering Excellence
Establish and scale best practices across the stack:
- component-driven UI architecture
- scalable service and API design
- automated testing (unit, integration, E2E)
- CI/CD and release engineering
- observability, reliability, and performance optimization
Developer Productivity
Drive investments in tools, frameworks, and platforms that improve developer experience and velocity across both front-end and backend teams.
People Leadership
Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing engineers and engineering leaders across full-stack domains. Foster a culture of ownership, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Platform teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and deliver impactful outcomes.
Technical Leadership
Lead architectural discussions, facilitate decision-making, and guide teams through complex trade-offs with a long-term platform mindset.

- 12+ years in software engineering
- 56+ years leading high-performing teams
- Experience delivering full-stack platforms at scale
Front-End Expertise
- Modern frameworks (React or similar)
- TypeScript and component-based architecture
- Design systems and reusable UI components
- Web performance and accessibility best practices
Backend & Platform Engineering
- Distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
- API design (REST/GraphQL)
- Cloud-native development and containerized environments
- Event-driven or asynchronous systems
DevOps & Infrastructure
- CI/CD pipelines and release automation
- Container orchestration and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary)
Product & Platform Mindset
Proven ability to build scalable products with strong user experience, balancing technical and business trade-offs.
Leadership & Communication
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across teams and stakeholders, with clear and effective communication.
