Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
- Project Oversight:
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- AWS Infrastructure Management:
- Design, implement, and optimize AWS infrastructure to support scalable and reliable applications.
- Ensure the security and cost-effectiveness of cloud resources.
- Data Engineering:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to handle large volumes of data.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for various applications.
- Large Language Models (LLMs) Integration:
- Integrate LLMs for different use cases, ensuring they meet performance and accuracy requirements.
- Stay updated with advancements in LLMs and apply best practices for their deployment.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for software development.
- Implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team competitive.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
- Documentation:
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and best practices for future reference and training.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a software engineering manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong technical background with AI Engineering, Data Engineering, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Python.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their integration into AI systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
