SingHealth Community Health Office of Learning (SCHOOL) is SingHealth's community health education arm, dedicated to improving health and social care outcomes through education, workforce development and community empowerment. It develops and delivers innovative learning programmes that equip healthcare and community care professionals with the knowledge, skills and capabilities to address evolving care needs, strengthen health literacy, and support person-centred, integrated models of care.
We are seeking a Senior Manager to work closely with the Senior Assistant Director to co-lead the planning, development and delivery of SCHOOL's course offerings in case management and integrated health and social care, providing programme planning, faculty coordination, course delivery, quality assurance, learner evaluation and continuous improvement, while ensuring programmes remain relevant, practice-oriented and aligned with emerging service needs and workforce development priorities.
What You Will Do:
You will lead the planning, development and delivery of courses in case management, care coordination and integrated health and social care, ensuring coherent curriculum design and progression. You will translate service and workforce capability needs into practice-oriented learning interventions, working with curriculum specialist, subject matter experts and faculty to develop and refresh course content and materials aligned with adult learning principles and SingHealth's educational standards.
You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of assigned courses, including trainer coordination, learner administration and operational readiness, ensuring smooth implementation across classroom, blended and online formats, and managing delivery issues to maintain a high-quality learner experience.
You will partner internal and external faculty, clinical leaders, practitioners and stakeholders in course design and delivery, facilitating alignment between educational content and real-world case management practice, supporting faculty briefing and quality improvement, and maintaining collaborative partnerships with relevant departments, institutions and community care stakeholders.
You will establish and maintain quality assurance processes for courseware development, delivery and learner evaluation, monitoring training data across pre-course, in-course and post-course stages. You will analyse trends, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend and implement refinements to course content, delivery methods and faculty support based on evaluation findings.
