Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Business Planning
- Develop and lead a comprehensive business development roadmap.
- Identify profitable growth opportunities and analyze emerging market trends.
- Create differentiated value propositions aligned with organizational goals.
Client Market Development
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key market segments.
- Manage existing client accounts and expand into new business verticals.
- Design value-driven engagement models and customized solutions for clients.
Cross-functional Integration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams to build cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Streamline onboarding processes and support high-impact brand initiatives.
Operational Leadership
- Lead planning and execution of revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement incentive frameworks.
- Drive team performance through data-driven insights.
Team Leadership Capability Building
- Build and mentor a high-performing team through structured development programs.
- Support hiring, retention, and upskilling aligned with long-term business goals.
Governance Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, regulatory protocols, pricing policies, and SLAs.
- Maintain operational integrity and strengthen customer trust.
Innovation Solution Design
- Identify and implement modern technologies and automation tools for business scalability.
- Lead change management initiatives aligned with industry evolution.
Required Qualifications Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience , with at least 6 years in business leadership, client service, or operations roles
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational scalability
- Experience managing strategic partnerships, key accounts, and new business verticals
- Strong analytical skills with experience in planning and budgeting
- Familiarity with CRM systems, performance dashboards, and proposal development
