Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory and Investment Solutions:
- Analyze client information, working closely with the Research and Advisory team to provide superior investment solutions.
- Align service delivery to enhance client experience and help clients achieve short-term and long-term investment goals.
- Conduct risk profiling of clients and recommend investment products as per their risk appetite and portfolio strategy.
Business Development and Relationship Management:
- Track HNI/Ultra HNI segments for new client acquisition opportunities.
- Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales plans to increase customer base.
- Deepen client relationships to grow portfolio value, improve client stickiness, and achieve product-wise targets.
- Cross-sell investment products based on client demographics, lifestyle, and risk profiling.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on financial market trends and investment opportunities.
- Use data tools to analyze wealth products and benchmark peers performance.
- Monitor and evaluate investment options to determine suitability for client portfolios.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, forecasts, and other performance records.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance requirements.
- Support the organization's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by fostering an inclusive client engagement approach.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in Investment Advisory or Wealth Management.
- MBA, CA, or equivalent from a premium institute.
- Relevant certifications in wealth management or financial advisory preferred.
- Strong industry and product knowledge with a good understanding of applicable compliance rules and regulations.
