Senior Manager – SCM PPC & Order Fulfilment (UV-PV)

Prepare shop production plans for annual and monthly operations and seek key decisions.

Receive 3-day production plan as per SOP and sequence models based on aggregates and parts availability.

Circulate 3-day dropping plans for allocated shops/shifts.

Ensure accurate communication between Operations Planning and Shop production teams.

Monitor and update shop aggregate level dashboards to reflect production sequencing changes.

Ensure correct sequencing feed to assembly lines and upload MES shift plans daily.

Coordinate with Scheduling and Procurement teams to ensure timely supply of aggregates and parts.

Liaise with Logistics and Warehousing teams to maintain sufficient line-level inventory.

Monitor daily production MIS and line stoppage reports; escalate material shortage issues and suggest corrective actions.

Identify gaps between shift plans and actual shop production; highlight gaps to concerned departments.
