The ideal candidate should come from a reputed executive search firm or a strong search partner background, with proven experience in hiring senior and leadership roles across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end leadership hiring mandates across business functions
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for niche and senior roles
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define search strategies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leadership talent
- Manage candidate engagement and ensure a high-quality hiring experience
- Drive offer negotiations and closures for critical roles
- Track market trends, competitor intelligence, and talent insights
Key Requirements:
- 38 years of experience in leadership hiring / executive search
- Strong experience in talent mapping and research
- Background in top executive search firms / recruitment consulting preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact hiring environment
Preferred Profile:
- Experience handling CXO / senior leadership mandates
- Strong professional network within industry segments
- High ownership and result-driven mindset.
