Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own audit and compliance management for IT Change Management, including SOx audit readiness and auditor responses for IT General Controls.
- Lead SAP release management and change governance across the SAP landscape, ensuring controlled deployments and traceability.
- Manage SAP transport management processes and ensure changes are executed through the correct transport workflows.
- Drive SAP Solution Manager (SolMan/Charm) adoption and operational usage for IT change workflows and monitoring.
- Ensure IT managed services delivery meets process, control, and compliance expectations for SAP change and release operations.
Skills Required:
- 8 - 14 years of relevant experience in IT change management, SAP release/transport operations, and compliance/SOx controls
- ITIL framework for IT change management, with hands-on experience applying ITIL practices to SAP change processes.
- SAP S/4HANA landscape familiarity and SAP transport management process knowledge.
- Strong experience with SAP Solution Manager (Charm) for change and release workflows.
- SOx audits experience, including IT General Controls execution and responding to auditors in the IT Change Management area.
Good to Have:
- SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FICO exposure.
- Incident management experience in SAP operations.
- ITIL certification.
- ABAP development exposure and familiarity with SAP functional modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PM).
