Job Description
The Senior Manager - SAP Delivery Partner will play a crucial role in overseeing large-scale SAP implementations across multiple accounts. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in SAP delivery, who can drive successful project execution, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants and ensure effective delivery of SAP programs across multiple accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic SAP solutions.
- Oversee the entire SAP delivery lifecycle, including project planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure timely and successful completion of SAP projects, meeting client expectations and industry standards.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular client reviews and provide progress updates, ensuring open communication and client satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during SAP implementation, implementing effective problem-solving strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, and guide the team in adopting innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align SAP delivery with overall business objectives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP delivery, with a proven track record of successful large-scale implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices, including SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with industry-specific SAP solutions is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
