Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :
- Led high-volume offline-to-online brand activation campaigns including flyers, inserts, gift boxes, and trial packs to drive customer acquisition.
- Managed end-to-end sampling campaign execution from onboarding and planning to targeting, launch, and performance analysis.
- Built scalable growth frameworks using cohort segmentation, cart behavior, order value, and audience-product mapping to improve campaign ROI and repeat purchases.
- Collaborated with Product, Legal, Finance, Vendor, and Operations teams for seamless campaign execution and timely launches.
- Leveraged customer data, geographic clusters, and basket insights to optimize reach, attachment rates, and redemption efficiency.
- Developed SOPs and governance processes to streamline execution quality across multiple campaigns.
- Monitored KPIs, delivery metrics, and campaign pacing while delivering actionable performance insights to stakeholders.
- Drove significant monthly revenue growth through strong execution, monetization strategies, and repeat partner engagement.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in:
- Supply Chain / Operations / Growth
- E-commerce, Q-commerce, FMCG, or high-growth startups preferred
- Strong track record in program management, Team handling and execution at scale
