Title: Sales Manager/ Sr Sales Manager

We have established partnerships with renowned global leaders in electronics testing products to supply their products in the Indian market, enabling us to provide standardized and reliable solutions to our customers. Our solution offerings include electronics test and measurement instruments, automated test equipment (ATEs), radar and GNSS simulators, avionics testing products, and process automation solutions. Aarjay serves customers across various sectors, including Automotive, Aerospace, Defence and Industrial.

Aarjay is looking for smart, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team in a leadership role. Although a sales role, the candidate should also be comfortable with technical discussions on Test & Measurement instruments and their applications in different industries. The role is a combination of individual sales and sales team management functions.

Job Description:

Sell test & measurement solutions to Aarjay's current and new customers in the assigned territory

Manage the entire sales process from generating leads to closing the deal and post-sales support

Conduct preliminary technical discussions and negotiations on commercial terms

Recruit, mentor and groom junior sales engineers

Manage a small sales team (2-4 sales engineers)

Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new accounts and increase market penetration

Identify new market requirements and work with the business leadership to bring new solutions to the market

Travel as required by the job

Qualifications:

B.Tech/ B.E. in Electronics/ Electrical / Instrumentation

15+ years B2B sales experience selling Test & Measurement solutions from leading T&M brands such as Tektronix, Keysight, Chroma, Yokogawa or Hioki.

Minimum 5+ years in a sales leadership role

Have thorough knowledge of electronics T&M products such as oscilloscopes, programmable power supplies, DMMs, power analyzers, etc.

Prior experience in Aarjay's existing industries and new growth sectors will be highly preferred automotive including EV, aerospace, ISRO, defence, data centres, renewable energy

Strong communication skills in English and one or more local languages (Kannada, Tamil, etc.)
