Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy, product promotion, and technical training. This role is ideal for a science-driven marketing professional who thrives on innovation and market impact.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence.
- Lead technical and product training for the sales team.
- Develop high-quality marketing content and product materials.
- Analyze market trends, competition, pricing and collect field insights to develop relative market strategies and to support new product development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing & sales with business goals.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data insights.
What We're Looking For
- B.VSc / M.VSc & MBA with knowledge & experience in Animal Science
- Minimum six years of experience in marketing strategy, training, and product management
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel as per role requirements
