Role Overview

IDfy is expanding its footprint across India's Banks/NBFC ecosystem — and we're looking for a Senior Manager

– Sales who already knows this world inside out. Yourjob: open doors, build multi-threaded conversations, and

close high-velocity deals acrossBanks/NBFCs of all sizes (regional, national, metro, non-metro).

This is a full-cycle acquisition role with no SDR support. You'll prospect, map stakeholders, run discovery,

solution, negotiate, and close — while managing fast turnarounds and high ownership. If you have deep

Banks/NBFC connects, thrive without handholding, and like running multiple deal threads independently, this

role is builtfor you.

We are the perfect match if...

  • Have 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS/tech solutions to Banks/NBFCs.
  • Bring strong Banks/NBFC relationships across regions (North/South/West), not just metro cities.
  • Are a self-starter who doesn't need micro-management or reminders — you update, escalate, and push independently.
  • Are confident running a full-cycle AE motion without SDRs.
  • Can open accounts from scratch, map multiple stakeholders, and build influence across product, credit, risk, ops, and tech teams.
  • Have the speed to move deals quickly — no sitting on accounts, no long silences.
  • Can juggle multiple threads seamlessly while keeping CRM immaculate.
  • Have strong product curiosity — you learn product flows deeply and solution creatively.
  • Operate with high ownership and thrive in unstructured environments.

Here's What Your Day Will Look Like...

  • Prospect and acquire Banks/NBFC accounts across regions — from large national Banks/NBFCs to high-growth regional players.
  • Run stakeholder discovery and persona mapping across product, credit, risk, ops, compliance, and tech teams.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery meetings to understand onboarding, verification, fraud/risk challenges, and current workflows.
  • Demo IDfy's platform suite — OnboardIQ, OneRisk, Privy — with clarity on use cases, differentiation, and technical fit.
  • Craft proposals tailored to Banks/NBFC use cases (KYC/KYB, underwriting automation, credit decisioning, onboarding workflows).
  • Maintain impeccable sales hygiene: HubSpot updates, meeting notes, funnel metrics, and forecasting discipline.
  • Own the full sales cycle — discovery → demo → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Move deals with speed: follow up fast, unblock internally, and maintain momentum across all threads.
  • Maintain strong internal alignment with product, tech, and delivery teams where needed — without expecting them to drive the sale.
  • Occasionally support farming opportunities when existing Banks/NBFC accounts surface new use cases.
  • Continuously learn the product story and deliver end-to-end demos across journeys and APIs.
