- Job Summary*
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional with strong experience in B2B and OEM sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to hard-core sales, key account management, and business development, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities*
- Drive B2B sales by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities across various industries and convert them into sales.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.
- Required Skills & Qualifications*
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B, OEM, or key account management.
- Prior sales experience in a manufacturing company is required.
- Strong exposure to hard-core sales with measurable revenue achievements.
- Proven experience in handling key accounts and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
