We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional with strong experience in B2B and OEM sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to hard-core sales, key account management, and business development, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities*
  • Drive B2B sales by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities across various industries and convert them into sales.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications*
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B, OEM, or key account management.
  • Prior sales experience in a manufacturing company is required.
  • Strong exposure to hard-core sales with measurable revenue achievements.
  • Proven experience in handling key accounts and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Industry experience can vary, provided the candidate has strong sales performance.
