Job Title:Senior Manager Sales (Health & Wellness)

Location: Mumbai

Role Brief

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professionals with a strong background in sales, Business development, excellent negotiation skills and a strong network among key decision makers in the Health & Wellness Category. This role will acquire Health and Wellness partners / clients across pan India.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and target potential partners relevant for BNPL, develop strategic plans, and execute strategies to onboard and build long-term relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster collaboration & trust and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to understand the organization structures, expand to new markets and channels and achieve revenue targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Staying up to date on trends, competitors, and market dynamics within the lifestyle sector.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the BNPL space.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on product offerings and support partners effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report key business metrics, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
  • 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management experience - preferably with Beauty & Personal Care, Nutrition & Supplements, Healthcare & Medical, Digital Health Tech, Mental Wellness, Fitness & Physical Activity or experiences industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively (with internal and external stakeholders) in a fast-paced environment
  • We look for go-getters who have worked as Business development professionals in the travel and tourism industry with insights and knowledge about the top travel tours and operators
  • Willingness to travel inter-city as well as intra-city as per business requirements
