Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Sales team of Grid Technologies in India. The incumbent will be responsible for all sales matters and day to day decision making pertaining to Grid Technology Sales Function. Ensures and guides processes and activities for an assigned organizational unit in order to effectively support sales teams and customer organizations in all administration related matters, concerning both sales and after-sales processes.
The role reports directly to the GT Sales Head of Siemens Energy India Limited and is based in Gurgaon / Navi Mumbai.

Understanding of our relevant markets and competitors to stay informed on developments and trends.
Identification of the right customers and market creation for new technology products, solutions, and services.
Understanding market potential and developing effective sales strategies to drive sustainable growth.
Understanding of end-to-end sales CRM process, including pipeline governance, while ensuring data quality to improve forecasting accuracy and bridge gaps to exceed targets.
What you bring:
You have an Engineering Degree. Additional management qualifications are preferrable.
You have >12 years prior experience in sales or business development.
Experience in Grid technology (GT) business portfolio along with deep knowledge of GT market and competitors is desirable.
You are a relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills.
You have a business mindset and strong negotiation skills.
You have a natural flavor for leading and growing teams.
