Role Purpose

We are hiring for the role of Regional Head Sales Finance. This is a people manager role reporting to the vertical head Sales Finance In your role, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth in the NCDIT categories by developing and executing tailored sales strategies. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to seize market opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the team to achieve business objectives.

The responsibilities we entrust you with

  • Opportunity Identification: Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop and launch category-specific business strategies. Develop and launch business strategies tailored to these insights
  • External Engagement: Engage with OEM's, suppliers, and stakeholders to leverage business opportunities and enhance market presence..
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements within the NCDIT sector. Provide insights and feedback on the regulatory landscape affecting the category
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of the category to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage the team to achieve business priorities and ensure high performance in line with strategic goals.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Develop and nurture a culture focused on understanding and anticipating customer needs, preferences, and behaviours. Partner with customers to uncover new opportunities and shape their future needs

What matters in this role

10 to 12 years in sales management in payment/billing app industry and Proven experience in category management or a related field, ideally within the consumer durables sector.

Qualification: Engineering / MBA from Tier-1/2 colleges; a degree in business administration, finance, technology, or a related field is required.
