Job Purpose
To lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth for Certification and Executive Education programs through structured consultative selling and strategic pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
1 Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
2 Coach Advisors on consultative selling, objection handling, and program positioning.
3 Monitor daily/weekly activity metrics including calls, follow-ups, and engagement quality.
4 Ensure CRM hygiene with accurate funnel movement and timely updates.
5 Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and targeting efficiency.
6 Drive process improvements to enhance sales workflows, call efficiency, and conversion velocity.
7 Conduct periodic performance reviews and enable capability-building initiatives.
