Role - Senior Manager Sales Enablement

Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic and business-impactdriven Senior Manager Sales Enablement to accelerate sales productivity and capability across Lending and Yubi Markets. This role will design the enablement strategy, deliver high-impact programs, embed success metrics, and scale frameworks across teams and markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Design & Development
Create outcome-driven curricula aligned to revenue goals, conversion metrics, and product readiness.
2. Facilitation & Delivery
Conduct high-impact virtual and in-person sessions with strong application to field scenarios.
3. Evaluation & Success Metrics
Deploy evaluation instruments (Kirkpatrick, assessments, certification) and track impactramp time reduction, deal velocity, win-rate uplift, funnel movement, NPS, and adoption metrics.
4. Recognition & Motivation Programs
Design and run recognition mechanisms (certifications, contests, badges) to reinforce capability and performance.
5. Framework Creation & Execution
Build scalable frameworks across onboarding, product enablement, sales methodology, and deal coaching.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Marketing, HRBP, and Sales Leadership to align programs to business priorities.
7. Program Management
End-to-end ownership of planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, communication, risk management, execution, and post-program analysis.
