Salary:75K - 1.5 Lakh per month plus incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Media sales expert to join our

team as Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience

in digital sales and a strong understanding of strategies that drive brand

growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Identify and close new business opportunities by selling digital media

to brands and agencies.

∙Generate leads, conduct client meetings, present proposals and close

deals.

∙Build and maintain strong client and agency relationships.

∙Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

∙Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers.

∙Manage follow-ups and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

∙Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.

∙Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

∙Stay updated on digital media trends and market opportunities.

Requirements:

∙3-5 years of experience in digital media sales.

∙Expertise in digital tools, analytics, and campaign management.

∙Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.

∙Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
