Summary of Responsibility: Sales Field Efficiency Captain is responsible for optimizing field sales performance by enhancing productivity, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and fostering a high-performance sales culture within the field team.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance & Productivity
  • Monitor, analyze, and enhance the efficiency of field sales teams.
  • Conduct field audits and ride-alongs to assess sales execution and effectiveness.

Education & Training

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and hands-on training to field sales teams.
  • Organize OJT workshops and training sessions to enhance sales competencies.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales execution and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field sales.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to implement data-driven decision-making.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to field efficiency and sales productivity.
  • Generate and analyze reports to measure sales effectiveness.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales Management, HR, SCDI) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate best practices and operational updates to the field sales force.
  • Serve as a bridge between field sales teams and senior management.

Experience

  • Min 10-12 years of Expeince into same domain post education.
  • Full time Post Graduation (MBA/PGDM) is mandatory.
