Role: Senior Sales & Business Development Manager

Department: Mad Men Marketing (Mainline Advertising & Digital)

Location: Delhi NCR / Mumbai

Experience Required: 36 years in brand partnerships, B2B sales, or influencer marketing business development

About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager who can identify, approach, and close new brand opportunities for our talent pool and influencer campaigns. You'll open doors with leading and emerging Indian brands across FMCG, beauty, personal care, F&B, lifestyle, fintech, parenting, and wellness sectors.

This is a sales + strategy hybrid role for someone who understands the marketing funnel and can confidently pitch influencer-driven ROI to brand CMOs and digital heads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential brand clients across industry verticals and build outreach pipelines
  • Pitch influencer campaigns, brand integration ideas, and talent-led concepts
  • Create tailored decks, case studies, and ROI-driven proposals
  • Manage the pitch-to-close journey, including onboarding and coordination with internal teams
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and marketing conferences on behalf of the agency
  • Work closely with campaign managers to convert inbound leads to recurring clients

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales for a digital, influencer, or talent platform
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing/advertising sales or agency business development
  • Strong existing relationships with brand managers, digital leads, or agency planners
  • Great at storytelling and tailoring influencer solutions to brand pain points
  • Comfortable working with numbers, ROAS projections, and funnel performance discussions
  • Passionate about influencer marketing, new formats, and trend-led pitching
