Position: Senior Manager Sales & Business Development

About: Contrans Cargo Pvt. Ltd., a leading Delhi-based freight forwarding company, offers end-to-end logistics solutions. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Sales & Business Development to drive growth, develop new business, and expand our client base.

Eligibility:

• Education: MBA/PGDM or Graduate in any stream
• Experience: 1012 years in Sales & Business Development within a freight forwarding company

Key Skills:

• Proven track record in freight forwarding sales
• Strong communication, negotiation & client relationship skills
• Strategic mindset with market knowledge & business acumen.
• Conduct joint sales calls and strengthen customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients to achieve sales targets
• Manage and grow key client relationships
• Conduct market research and develop growth strategies
• Lead contract negotiations and prepare sales reports
• Guide and mentor the sales team; represent the company at industry events
