Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales managers/executives across multiple hotel properties.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to align campaigns and customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Manage high-value negotiations and close major deals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, pricing guidelines, and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

812 years of sales experience in the hospitality/hotel industry, with at least 35 years in a regional leadership role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong network of corporate and travel industry contacts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
