We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Ops team within Global Credit Specialties. This role will be based in Gurgaon and is hybrid, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
The role is designed to support Credit Specialties sales and growth mindset, delivering actionable insights and analytics that drive growth and forward-looking thinking across the business. The role requires strong analytical capability, advanced data storytelling, and the ability to manage high-visibility analytics work with senior leaders.
We will count on you to:
- Support both the Chief Business Officer and the Industry Verticals & Sales Enablement Leader at Credit Specialties in executing strategic sales priorities, turning business needs into well-defined analytic tasks and deliverables.
- Conduct analysis, forward-looking sales monitoring, and generate insights to inform decision-making, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities that support growth objectives.
- Help ensure BI and analytics solutions are scalable, efficient, and adaptable to changing business requirements by contributing to development, testing, and documentation.
- Gather, analyze and model data to develop business insights that drive recommendations.
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision making.
- Manage multiple workstreams and tasks concurrently, prioritizing requests in line with business needs and team capacity.
- Present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Deliver ad-hoc carrier, client, and sales analysis as required, leveraging databases such as GPR (Global Premium Database) for premium analysis and Finance Cube to track revenue, new business, and retention KPIs.
- Support adoption of the MPower CRM tool through reporting, analysis, and user enablement.
What you need to have:
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, business transformation, sales enablement, or similar roles, preferably within professional services, financial services, or matrixed corporate environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline) is a plus.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience translating business data into clear recommendations that support leadership decisions.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior business partners and cross-functional teams.
- Solid working knowledge of Power BI and its core components (Power BI Desktop, Service, Dataflows, Datasets, and Gateways), with experience designing, deploying, and maintaining BI solutions.
- A practical, solution-focused thinker who can align technical approaches with business objectives.
