Overview

Reporting into the TPM International Markets Lead, this role leads the TPM Execution and TPM Settlement and is responsible for the engagement, coaching and development of 9x - 14x Direct Reports. As a senior TPM lead, he/she acts as the first point of escalation for service level issues. This role is also responsible for managing senior stakeholders across BU and GCC while participating in transformation initiatives.


Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Accountability for SLAs delivery, innovation and continuous improvement of the TPM execution and TPM settlement process with focus on driving greater effectiveness and efficiency for the designated market
  • First level of escalation for SLA issues and dispute resolution for TPM processes
  • Manage senior stakeholders from EMEA and GCC to ensure TPM services of this team are aligned to the larger objectives of TPM CoE
  • Partner with other TPM teams across GCC hubs to adopt and drive best practices
  • Develop and deliver reporting, effectiveness, utilization and efficiency metrics.

People Responsibilities

  • Lead the TPM team supporting the designated market while driving engagement and operational excellence through training and other initiatives
  • Coach and support 11-13 direct reports in speed of execution and quality of service delivery, ensuring achievement of agreed service levels
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize process efficiency, effectiveness and quality of output
  • Draft and adhere to governance framework with BU to keep the BU stakeholders updated about delivery metrics, process improvements and challenges if any. Provide ongoing training to TPM team to drive transformation initiatives (standardization and automation)

  • 5-8 years of team management experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Customer-centric and collaborative
  • Highly analytical and organized
  • Experienced with AI and Analytical tools
  • MBA qualified
