WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The Senior Manager, Testing Services at SimCorp,oversees the delivery and management of Testing services to ensure operational excellence, client satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals. With typically 12+ years of experience in Testing, Quality Assurance or a related field, this role leads a team responsible for ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure delivery of Testing Services. The Senior Manager collaborates with stakeholders, facilitates process improvements, and ensures the seamless implementation and support of cloud-based services.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Manage and Oversee the planning, execution, and management of testing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentoring, and a culture of skillfulness and accountability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Testing processes with client needs and organizational objectives
- Drive the implementation of best practices and automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions
- Ensure adherence to security protocols, compliance standards, and best practices for Testing Services
- Engage with clients to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with Testing Services Delivery
- Oversee incident management, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to services
