Purpose
To ensure warehouse operations (GRN, Stock/location management, Reconciliation and dispatch) including Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), Finished Goods (FG) and Engineering Stores in compliance with cGMP, GDP requirements, traceability, and inventory accuracy.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Warehouse operations management
Oversee multiple warehouses including in-plant, External godown and 3PL locations, ensuring consistent processes across all sites.
Maintain SLA for dispensing, material issuance, GRN preparation etc with Production, QA, QC, Engineering, and other functions
Ensure alignment of External warehouse and 3PL operations with quality, compliance, and safety standards.
Lead periodic stock counts, cycle counts, reconciliation activities, disposal activities and documentation accordingly.
Ensure accuracy of SAP/WMS transactions and data integrity.
Report daily/weekly and monthly performance to superiors and senior management while focusing on specific help to overcome any challenges.
Maintain controls on Controlled substances, as per internal SOP and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor and control KPI's like schedule compliance, stock accuracy, warehouse occupancy, dispatch adherence, serialization accuracy/compliance, warehouse efficiency matrix, and QMS management.
Quality Compliance and Audit readiness
Do regular GEMBA rounds to assess GAP in routine operations wrt procedures, and implement appropriate CAPA.
Ensure 100% compliance with GMP, GDP, Distribution practices, and internal quality management systems. Ensure operations are done Right-First Time basis.
Prepare, lead, and support regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, EU, CDSCO, etc.).
Oversee documentation: SOPs, deviations, CAPA, change controls, and audit observations.
Leadership
Lead and mentor warehouse team including managers, on-roll and off-roll staff.
Build capability through training, coaching, and performance management.
Owns and implement code-of-conduct with integrity, transparency and accountability, adherence to process, discipline, safety and daily audit readiness
Create a culture where issues are surfaced early, investigated and resolved sustainably.
Identify and Lead operation excellence opportunities related to digitalization and optimization which can optimization of manpower, space utilization and reduce BCT.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
Graduate/Post Graduate in Science/Pharmacy.
Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience Leading Pharmaceutical WH Operations.
Proven ability in process improvement and simplification mindset.
Result orientation, accountability and ownership for KPI's
Knowledge of SAP/WMS, Govt. portals and licensed required
