Purpose
To manage and deliver digitization projects in the area of Business Analytics / data visualization. Drive execution of key analytics and technology initiatives, including Business Intelligence (BI), AI-driven insights, and data lake projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technology delivery, has transitioned into project/vendor management, and can effectively coordinate between internal stakeholders & external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Develop real-time dashboards and analytics tools for performance tracking.
Create dynamic dashboards that provide key business intelligence in real time.
Design & implement MIS strategies to optimize data management and reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all business functions.
Collaborate with IT, finance, sales, SCM and operations teams to streamline reporting mechanisms.
Drive automation and digitization of business intelligence processes.
Design & implement MIS strategies to optimize data management and reporting.

Develop & maintain structured data repositories to facilitate quick & accurate reporting.
Automate data extraction, processing, and visualization to reduce manual effort.
Ensure MIS reports are actionable and support leadership decision-making.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
MBA – SCM / Ops / BI / Data Science
Experience in Pharma/FMCG industry, in the area of Data Analytics, Data Translation, and data storytelling
Strong Technical Skills – MS Power BI, PostgreSQL, Python
Analytical skills: MS Excel, strong numerical sense, quick in extracting insights from charts; BI/programming knowledge is a plus
Hands-on Experience In Projects Involving
