Role Purpose-Person should be able to carry out following responsibilities to be successful in this role & Collaborate with people from different application teams and technical abilities to deliver the optimized technical solution for the business problem in hand

Role Accountability :

  1. Collaborate with people from different application teams and technical abilities to deliver the optimized technical solution for the business problem in hand
  2. Govern the Service Delivery Life cycle in RPA w.r.t. Monitoring(24.7), Change Management, Configuration Management, Deployment, Troubleshooting etc.
  3. Owning both Nice and UiPath platform w.r.t availability in each and every aspect- DC availability, DR Setup and Invocation, Dependent applications and configs
  4. Maintenance of DR environment
  5. Help RPA support team in crisis situations with technical expertise to resolve issues in hand
  6. Manage production support and Own the Problem Management Process
  7. To examine potential areas for Service Improvement and raise proposals with the Service Manager
  8. Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems
  9. Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis
  10. Maintain application monitoring, performance tuning and testing
  11. Follow appropriate company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).
  12. Ensuring infosec compliance with on time execution of patching schedule

Measures of Success

  1. Availability of RPA platform
  2. Incident management and adherence to SLAs
  3. Deliver assigned activities with best quality and within the desired timelines.
  4. Ensure First Time Right delivery in production for the projects/tasks assigned

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Technical Skills
    • Hands on experience ofUiPath , NICE , SQL
    • Understanding of RPA platform Architecture
  2. Certifications (Good to Have)
  3. ITIL

Competencies critical to the role

  1. Should have very good written and verbal communication skills
  2. Strong analytical skills - strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve
  3. Experience in managing RPA projects - you should have good hold on managing RPA based projects.
  4. Project management - You should have an experience of defining IT processes, cross-platforms IT solutions and delivery of projects in RPA technologies through a vendor/partner delivery team.
  5. Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint
  6. Domain understanding and technology solutioning - you should have good hold on credit cards domain and also strong technology skillset to provide solution for RPA based IT projects
  7. Stakeholders management - You need to effectively manage business and IT stakeholders through regular reviews and effective communication. You need to play as a strong team-member who can collaborate and lead large to midsized deliveries

Qualification

B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science/IT.

MBA/PGDM from Tier 1/2 Institutes.

Relevant experience or SBICARD verified leadership programs in technology
