Key Result Areas

Access Review Management

. Timely execution and completion of periodic access review campaigns with high compliance and accuracy.

Regulatory & Policy Compliance

. Alignment of identity governance processes with internal policies and external regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, IRDAI).

Deployment & Administration of IGV Tools

. Successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or equivalent.

Audit & Reporting

. Generation and maintenance of comprehensive audit trails and reports for internal and external audits.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

. Adoption of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in identity and access management.

IGV Framework and

policies and procedures

. Implement and maintain the IGV framework and supporting policies and procedures.

Risk management philosophy and culture

. Have knowledge of risk appetite, tolerance, thresholds and limits concepts and application.

. Have knowledge of risk governance principles and organizational structures from the Board to the Risk Owner.

. Establish and maintain a risk management philosophy and culture within the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement & Process Improvement

. Active collaboration with business units, application owners, and auditors to enhance IGV processes and controls.

Risk response strategies

. Provide technical analysis into risk issues

. Conduct independent reviews and analysis of Identity and access related risk

Review and reporting

. Design risk reports for senior management.

. Coordinate the activities of the Risk Management Committee

  1. Skills Required

Technical

. Experience with IDAM platforms like SailPoint.

. Deep understanding of authentication protocols.

. Experience with privileged access management (PAM) tools like Arcon.

. Familiarity with cloud identity management ( Azure IAM).

. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.

. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
