• Partnered with Global Business Process Teams and Tech Proximity Teams to define target blueprints, archetypes, and strategic solutions for complex commercial processes.
• Led configuration and integration of Modern RGM products into diverse internal and market-specific systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and adherence to IT policies and architecture standards.
• Translated business requirements into scalable product configurations, managing functional specifications, interface dependencies, and system parameters to support product lifecycle and deployment.
• Executed end-to-end system testing, including functional, security, performance, and compatibility validations.
• Managed Level 2/3 incident resolution related to configuration and integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to commercial functions.
• Supported trade promotion management, trade terms setup, margin optimization, and revenue growth planning through robust system configuration and toolkit development.
