Role Purpose

Responsible for managing the Loyalty program for the SBI Credit Cards portfolio to optimize redemption rate and rewards costs

Role Accountability

  1. Manage rewards redemption agencies, ensuring SLAs (No stock out, Delivery within timelines etc.) are in line with agreed limits
  2. Execute reward programs as per defined plan and monitor levers such as redemption rate at a given cost per point
  3. Create and sustain strategic and tactical partnerships & programs at a regional & national level for direct deals on redemption, such as vouchers & consumer products
  4. Conceptualize and execute additional reward programs, such as accelerated rewards, Pay by points, Instant redemption etc. to engage with cardholders in new and innovative ways
  5. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence

Measures of Success

  1. Cost per Point Movement
  2. Cash to Non Cash redemption Ratio
  3. No. of redemptions via direct deals
  4. Rewards cost management
  5. Agency SLA adherence
  6. Engagement Matrix / Customer Satisfaction Index
  7. Process adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. 1.Understanding of Loyalty Programs
  2. 2.Good Knowledge on Consumer and Competition behavior and Credit Card Market Dynamics
  3. 3.Experience in setting up rewards programs

Qualification

MBA /PGDBM in Marketing or any other relevant discipline
