We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Revenue Growth Management!
This role is responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive profitable growth across pricing, promotions, trade investments, and assortment optimization. Leveraging Consumer Data Platform (CDP) insights, this role will enable data-driven decision-making in the retail domain, ensuring commercial excellence and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth Strategy
.Support the development and execution of RGM frameworks across pricing, promotions, and trade spend optimization.
.Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
Data & Analytics
.Use CDP capabilities to generate shopper insights and inform retail strategies.
.Conduct advanced analytics to evaluate ROI of trade investments and promotional activities.
Execution & Enablement
.Drive implementation of RGM tools, dashboards, and processes across retail channels.
.Ensure adherence to governance standards and optimize trade terms with retail partners.
Collaboration & Leadership
.Lead small cross-functional teams or workstreams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence commercial strategies.
Performance Tracking
.Define and monitor KPIs to measure success of RGM initiatives.
.Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
.Master's/Bachelor's equivalent advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Preferred qualifications:
.Master's/Bachelor's equivalent advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
.8-12 years of Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Strategy within Retail/CPG.
.Strong knowledge of CDP platforms, retail analytics, and digital transformation.
.Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth through pricing, promotions, and trade optimization.
Skillsets :
.Experience in SQL, Python/R, Excel.
.Exposure to Statistical concepts.
.Strong expertise in CDP platforms, retail analytics, and digital transformation.
.Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions.
.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
