Job Summary
The Senior Manager Residential Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the residential sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in residential property sales, excellent team management skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve ambitious residential sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of residential sales professionals, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing of residential property deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate brokers, and other stakeholders to enhance business development.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and project development teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in property launches, open houses, and other sales events to promote properties and engage with potential buyers.
