Role Description
1. Core Research Expertise
• Design & execution of consumer studies (brand tracking, consumer behavior, VOC, segmentation, etc.)
• Experience with survey design, sampling techniques, and customer segmentation
• Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
2. Strategic Thinking & Client Consulting
• Ability to understand client problems and translate them into research plans
• Can play a consultative role, guiding clients toward effective insights
• Experience in creating insightful, action-oriented reports
3. Communication & Presentation Skills
• Must be excellent at presenting findings and talking to clients
• Comfortable being client-facing and managing high-level stakeholders
4. Business Development Skills
• Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs
• Skilled at articulating product/research value
• Can build case studies and success stories to show impact
5. Leadership & Ownership
• Plays the role of a project owner from start to finish
• Manages teams, timelines, and quality independently Must-Haves (Non-Negotiables)
• 8+ years in B2C research or consulting
• MBA (likely in marketing, business, or analytics)
• Deep knowledge of research methodologies (segmentation, path to purchase, etc.)
