Job Description

This role is for one of our clients

As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels, analyzing market trends, and effectively managing the replenishment process. You will play a critical role in maintaining a seamless flow of products to our stores and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a leadership position that requires strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

Brief Job Description (just an indicative list and not limited to the following):

1. Market research and analysis on latest trends

2. New Design Introduction – Stock fill planning

3. Based on the data placing order for the products with vendors

4. Assess quantity of product against demand and supply

5. Responsible for finalizing quality and caratage of the products

6. Ensuring required Jewellery delivery with the TAT.

7. Identifying the location where the product will be most desired

8. Design offers and discount to be associated with the product

9. Design Ranking

10. Product Life Cycle Management

11. Coordinate with the stores for replenishment on daily basis.

12. Season Up stocking

13. Strong in excel & stakeholder management

14. Data Gap Analysis for New Product Introduction

15. Sales and Order projection

16. Market benchmarking – Gold rate, diamond rate, buyback, exchange, making charges

Skill Required

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience in replenishment management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.

3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel.

4. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

5. Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.

6. Strong knowledge of market trends and an understanding of customer preferences in the jewellery industry.

7. Familiarity with product life cycle management and inventory control principles.

8. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

9. Effective communication and presentation skills.
