Position / Designation: Senior Manager – Regulatory Reporting
Location: Trivandrum
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Reporting: Manage preparation and submission of reports to regulators (RBI, SEBI, etc.).
- Compliance Management: Ensure timely compliance with applicable regulations and statutory requirements.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and internal teams.
- Monitoring Regulatory Changes: Track evolving regulatory frameworks and implement necessary changes.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of disclosures.
- Team Leadership: Guide and train analysts/associates in reporting processes.
Personal Specification
- Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant)
- Experience: 5+ years in regulatory reporting, compliance, or financial control roles
- Thorough knowledge of RBI and SEBI circulars and guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
- Skill Sets: Regulatory reporting, compliance management, financial analysis, risk assessment, stakeholder management
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact with regulators and senior management
- Behavioral Competencies: Detail-oriented, ethical, proactive, collaborative, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Other Requirements: Flexibility to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements
