Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and configuration of all aspects of Record to Report solutions in S/4HANA.
- Oversee the implementation of finance and controlling modules, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage and mentor matrixed teams, fostering a culture of development and talent growth.
- Communicate key accounting concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand interdependencies and enhance overall financial processes.
- Utilize agile methodologies to drive project success and adapt to changing requirements.
- Support financial close processes and reporting, including Group Reporting.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO and Record to Report (R2R) processes
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting
- In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles (US GAAP, IFRS)
- Experience in end-to-end R2R lifecycle including GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Financial Close
- Ability to lead large, cross-functional and global teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with finance transformation and process optimization initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and HANA is an added advantage
Education: Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
