This position will support the BU QC Lead to enhance the Quality Governance over 45 operating plant spread across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri lanka
This role leads the capability building program and quality system implementation at plant including but not limited to a) Capability Building b) Implementation/monitoring of GFSS (Global food safety system) c) Trade sampling program d) Product testing proficiency program e) Ingredient water program f) Treated water Pesticide monitoring program g) RMPM/FG FSSR compliance f) 3C Quality program g) Trouble shooting at plant f) Support/cover the beverage commercialization activities. This role is also responsible in ensuring quality and food safety standards are maintained in the roll-out of new products for qualifying lines new processes and new technologies ensuring that new products are launched successfully.
This role has full decision making authority on areas or issues ensuring the above functional activities ensuring the products or processes are safe, stable and legal. It interfaces with several stakeholders within the business as well various bottlers.
